Settlers attacked an IDF soldier and an Israel Police officer for the second time in two days on Tuesday.
The settlers were throwing stones at Palestinian cars in a village in the West Bank when the soldiers and police officers arrived and shot in the air to deter them.
While they were trying to get the settlers to leave, one of them kicked a soldier and sprayed a police officer with pepper spray.
The man and a number of others were detained by police.
