A labor dispute was declared by the Histadrut Leumit at the Leumit HMO on Sunday, after a request by the workers union at the HMO.
The dispute was declared due to a delay and accumulation of difficulties in negotiations between the workers and the HMO and the management's refusal to discuss a number of issues during the negotiations, according to Histadrut Leumit.
The union warned that it would begin disrupting work and strikes after 15 days.
