74-year-old indicted for sex offense on 7-year-old

A resident of Israel's South was indicted for a sex offense against a 7-year-old girl, Ynet reported on Sunday.
The man, Mustafa Abu-Blal, 74, picked up the girl and her brother in his car, where he allegedly committed the offense.
