CBRE Group to buy Man Properties Real Estate Advisors

CBRE Group, the largest real estate services company in the world, has signed an agreement to acquire Man Properties Real Estate Advisors.
Man Properties was founded in 1996 by Jackie Mukmel and Chaim Agi, one of the largest companies in Israel in the field of commercial real estate advisory services for investors, property owners and Israeli and international companies. Over the past 20 years, it has represented CBRE in Israel.
"Man Properties will strengthen the presence of CBRE in Israel, which is an important market in which international and local investors are increasing their activity more and more," Martin Samworth, president and CEO of CBRE EMEA said.
