Sheba Director-General Prof. Yitzhak Kreiss briefed the guests on hospital activities and plans for the future. The race was organized by the Tikvah organization, whose mission is to rehabilitate wounded IDF soldiers and victims of terror through sports. The importers of the Saucony brand name to Israel – Yuval and Hemda Brown – donated NIS150,000 to cover the cost of the race. Retired Maj. Gen.
