Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sent well wishes to First Lady Melania Trump on Tuesday after the White House released a statement that she had undergone surgery for a kidney condition.
"Sara and I send @FLOTUS Melania Trump our warmest wishes for a full and speedy recovery," he wrote on Twitter.

The Trumps and Netanyahus have met on multiple occasions. In March, Sara Netanyahu and Melania met in Washington during a state visit and discussed child welfare.
