A King and a priest, and the order of things to come

May 14th 2018 trumps all other days in the history of the United States and Israel.
This is the day that aligns politics with religion, two things that the mainstream media want to keep separate at all costs. However, we can ill afford to keep them separate any longer.
Our Creator called for order in this world and provided a prescription for us to follow in order to achieve positive results. In the book of Genesis (i.e. the beginning of all creation) Abraham, after
returning from a fierce battle with the kings of the east, is blessed by a king from Jerusalem. In chapter 14:18 it says "“King Melchizedek of Salem brought out bread and wine [to give to Abraham in celebration of his victory], he [Melchizedek] was priest of God Most High.” A foreshadow of things to come.

The name Melchizedek means “my king is righteousness.” King, of political origin, and righteousness, coming from God.
The fact that the US Embassy opened in Jerusalem
on the 14th day in 2018 is not a coincidence. It is a reminder that this day was ordained long ago to bring order back to the court. To put things back the way they were meant to be. It is a step in the healing process. The scales are being tipped in favor of the righteous, as Jared Kushner so eloquently stated in his address to the leaders and citizens of Israel and the world.
Throughout my blog series "Everything is Awesome" based on the Lego Movie, I unveiled the story of Emit ("truth") who finds a way to reconcile the "law" and "freedom," two concepts that can be contradictory in nature but actually depend on each other for their intended effectiveness. Emit, the free spirit and master builder, simply offered his hand to the one representing law and order. It was a simple gesture resulting in reconciliation and resolution to a long misunderstanding.
Melchizedek represents the king of Israel, encompassing both the "law" and the "freedom" that ensues. There is only one King and one High Priest, they are one in the same. It is not Israel or the US, or any other nation or ruler on this earth. It is the One who defined righteousness, first by the written law and then by a living example of the law. That King appeared in the flesh at different times throughout history to bring order to this world and is coming back to reign as Benjamin Netanyahu quoted from scripture saying that “the Lord will return to this place, Zion [Jerusalem], to reign eternally and bring forth peace to Jerusalem and to all the nations.”
“The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind: You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.” [Psalm 110:4]

There are many who oppose this new order and many who support it, but if we align ourselves with the truth, we will find that the scales are tipped in our favor, in favor of the righteous, in favor of Melchizedek.
"If perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood - and indeed the law given to the people established that priesthood - why was there still need for another priest to come, one in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron?" [Hebrews 7:11]
The King will return once the court is in order. He is the only one who can bring peace. Thank heaven for leaders who stand on the principals of truth and justice, who follow the prescription ordered to start the healing process, despite the opposition. Ask yourself: Do you want to get well? Are you on the "right" side of the scale?
The trump has sounded, heed the warning. Together we can achieve victory. And when we do, the one true
King will greet us with bread and the wine to celebrate, as did Melchizedek.
