Following the Friday night rocket attack on Israel by Hamas, the IDF attacked terrorist targets in the Gaza strip.

In response to rocket fire that hit the southern Israeli city of Sderot on Friday night, the IDF says it struck four terror targets in Gaza. According to Palestinian sources 25 people were hurt. Hamas confirmed that two of its gunmen were killed in the bombings.Reports have surfaced that the Nasser Salah Eddine brigades, a Palestinian militant organization operating out of the Gaza Strip, has claimed responsibility for the rocket fire.The Palestinian Health Ministry said at least 25 people were wounded in the strikes, including six children.According to an IDF statement IAF jets struck a Hamas military compound, a weapons warehouse and two other sites where the terrorist group manufacturers weapons.“The IDF views the shooting at Israeli communities severely, and Hamas is solely responsible for what happens in the Gaza Strip,” the statement added.
